• The minimum deposit on joya9 is ৳10. There is no maximum deposit limit, though joya9 reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion for security or compliance reasons.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on joya9 is ৳100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit on joya9.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses on joya9 are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
